We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products. In this role, you will build and maintain robust test automation frameworks, lead quality assurance efforts, and work closely with development teams to ensure software excellence throughout the development lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Test planning and execution: Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automation scripts across functional and integration scenarios.
Automation frameworks
: Build and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
API testing
: Perform end-to-end API testing using tools such as Pytest and RestAssured.
Collaboration and QA advocacy
: Partner with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to promote quality across the SDLC.
Bug tracking and reporting
: Identify, document, and drive resolution of software defects with clear communication and tracking.
CI/CD integration
: Contribute to continuous testing and quality checks within CI/CD pipelines.
Data and insight
: Analyze test results and logs, identify patterns and root causes, and recommend improvements in test processes.
Agile participation
: Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 7+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, or quality assurance roles.
Test automation
: Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and automation scripting.
Programming skills
: Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
API testing
: Demonstrated experience with API test automation tools like Pytest and RestAssured.
QA methodologies
: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern software development practices.
CI/CD practices
: Experience working within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
