Junior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Junior Product Manager to lead innovation, drive product launch and handle product relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing new initiatives and roadmaps, understanding market dynamics, and creating business cases for product opportunities.

This opportunity is based out of Bengaluru, India (UTC+5.30) and requires to work from the office for a full time employee.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage closely with customers to understand pain points and convert insights into actionable product requirements
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to prioritize short-term and long-term roadmap initiatives
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs
• Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats
• Develop strategic positioning for new and existing products to ensure Loop remains a leader in the industry
• Formulate and execute Go-to-Market plans for all new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Define target audiences, positioning, and messaging to drive successful product launches
• Ensure alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with the founders to translate the long-term company vision into actionable and measurable tactical execution milestones.
• Provide insights and recommendations to align product development with overall company goals, and enhance the overall product experience through data-driven insights and experimentation.
• Mentor team members, hire new talent, and share learning to elevate team performance

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably at a SaaS company.
• A relentless growth mindset with a strong bias for action.
• Proficient in ground-up problem-solving, especially in areas that are novel to the industry.
• Passionate about the intersection of technology and business, with a demonstrated ability to navigate new challenges
• Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at transforming broad ideas into actionable plans.
• A track record of success and a desire to transition to a more hands-on, operational role with high ownership in a fast-growing tech startup.

Nice to have

• Proficient in SQL, with analytical skills.
• Nice to have experience with dashboards - Metabase, Quicksight.
• Content Writing - knowledge influencer / blogger
