We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Founder Associate to work directly alongside the founder of Unosecur. This unique role offers an inside look at how a fast-growing cybersecurity startup operates, from strategy to execution. As the first-line associate to the founding team, you’ll be involved in shaping company direction, scaling operations, and executing key initiatives across various functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic initiatives: Work closely with the founder to drive business strategy, special projects, and high-priority initiatives across departments.

Cross-functional support: Collaborate with HR, finance, marketing, and partnerships teams to ensure seamless execution of operations.

Market research: Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis to guide strategic decision-making and new business opportunities.

Process building: Create and optimize internal processes, tools, and systems that scale with company growth.

Operational excellence: Take ownership of daily business operations and ensure the team is supported with the tools and coordination they need to thrive.

Proactive problem-solving: Identify opportunities for improvement and work independently to implement solutions that boost performance and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

Interest in tech: Deep curiosity about cybersecurity, cloud, and AI technologies, with a desire to build in this space.

Experience: Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; startup experience is a plus.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.

Mindset: Entrepreneurial, action-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Collaboration: Able to work both independently and as part of a small, distributed, and dynamic team.

Adaptability: Resourceful and capable of managing multiple tasks across various business functions.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience supporting founders or executive leadership at early-stage startups. Familiarity with startup operations tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Asana, HubSpot, Google Workspace). Interest in or background in business strategy, product, or venture development.
