We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and solution optimization. In this role, you will build lasting relationships with our clients, help them extract maximum value from our offerings, and act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Onboarding and engagement: Guide customers through onboarding and serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring they understand and effectively utilize our cybersecurity products.

Customer success and retention: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, monitor customer health, and proactively address issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.

Solution optimization: Assist customers with implementation, configuration, and optimization of our cybersecurity solutions to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve customer challenges and align efforts for customer success.

Education and training: Develop training resources and ensure customers are updated on new features, best practices, and cybersecurity trends.

Reporting and feedback: Track performance metrics, usage data, and feedback to continuously improve our offerings and customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 4–6 years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.

Cybersecurity knowledge: Strong grasp of cybersecurity concepts such as threat detection, compliance, and security operations.

Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce and Gainsight.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Location: Must be based in Bengaluru and available to work on-site.

NICE TO HAVE

Technical aptitude: Ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively with engineering teams.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in customer success (e.g., Certified Customer Success Manager) or cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).

Process optimization: Experience in improving internal workflows and customer lifecycle processes for better efficiency and experience.

SaaS Environment: Background in customer success within a SaaS or B2B enterprise environment.
